- Our refund policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund on services purchased through rentawebsite.co.nz.
- Refunds are limited and apply only in specific circumstances described below.
Eligibility
- Refunds may be available for first-time customers who cancel within 7 days of their initial payment, provided no website build work has commenced.
- If work has already started (e.g. design, setup, hosting), you may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Domain registrations, renewals, and third-party services are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Process
- To request a refund, email us at info@rentawebsite.co.nz within the refund window.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
- Refunds may be partial, depending on work already completed or costs incurred.
Exceptions
- Services paid for more than 7 days prior are not refundable.
- Domain names, SSL certificates, and any third-party services cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- No refunds are issued for partial months of service already used.
